It is metered per attempt at a published rate of ₹55, currently included at no charge under a launch offer — we'll give at least 30 days' notice before that changes. It checks four things and gives the evaluator an evidence-based integrity report: presence (the expected person is there and alone), attention (sustained look-away from the screen), objects (a phone, book, or second screen in view), and voice (sustained noise above the room's own baseline). The webcam takes periodic still snapshots — stored for review and auto-deleted after your retention window; audio is measured for level only and is never recorded. Webcam proctoring is never applied to participants who declare they are under 18.
Yes. Monthly plans have no lock-in — cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Annual plans run for the year you've paid for; your assessments stay available for the whole term. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
New participant invitations are blocked until the next calendar month or until you upgrade. Assessments already in progress are not affected — participants who have started can complete their test.
